sites on two cul-de-sacs provided setting for this Aspen Community. Located in Holmdel, homes ranged in size from 4200 to 5800 square feet. Beginning construction in 1994, this was Aspens initial foray into luxury home communities. Each home had fine appointments that far exceeded what was considered "standard" for the day. Winchester Manor was also where Aspen became aggressive in offering customization of their homes, with nearly every home receiving some form of Custom change.
